“Do not make such a face, Becker!”
“Sierp, if I could make faces, you’d have another one already.”
THE BECKER and WOMAN SIERP. Two half-sisters who hate each other with all their hearts. The one an emotional nuclear power plant with cracks in the reactor, the other has the wit of an expired sleeping pill. FRAU SIERP, as a retired teacher with child phobia and dubious musical talent, cuddles herself into the fluffy gray of her self-pity. DIE BECKER shifts unsuccessfully from man to man and a Hartz IV application to the next. The two have only one thing in common: a mother and no money. The old woman is demanding, brazen and absolutely uncompromising. Her men all buried her, brought her all the money. Now she hangs The Becker and The Sierp on the wrinkled cheeks. But neither of them wants to have her at home; the home is expensive and the two permanent. What to do? It must be played what the gags give.
