We are masters !!!

Our chef, Christian Lange (centre), passed his master chef exam today. We congratulate him and are proud of him.
Under the strict control of the exam chairman and Thuringia’s best-known chef, Claus Alboth (picture right), our chef Christian Lange finished as one of the best of all exams so far.
We always knew we had a master chef. Now he has it in black and white. Please find attached the pictures of his 5 course menu.
